Association (SPBHOA) 2021 Annual Meeting

Dear SPBHA Member,

Please join us for our 2021 annual meeting being held Saturday April 24, 2021 at 12:00pm. In order to conduct official business 1/3 of the homeowners (26) must be present so please plan to attend if you can!

Place: Due to Coronavirus restrictions the Board of Directors has determined that the safest place to hold the annual meeting is outdoors at the HOA Park. If there is inclement weather on the scheduled date the meeting will be pushed back to Saturday May 1^st, 2021 at 12:00pm.

• Minutes of the prior (2019) annual meeting
• Reports of the Officers
• Reports of the Committees
• Unfinished Business
• New Business
• Election of Directors (see attached information and absentee ballot)
• Adjournment

SHEHA’s annual HOA Meeting to occur virtually via Zoom on Wednesday April 7th at 7pm.

Letters will be sent to all residents with registration instructions.

Hamburg Township Senior Center has advised us they are not allowing meetings this month due to the pandemic. Your HOA board has decided to not try and reschedule this meeting. We will follow up with a newsletter in the upcoming weeks to address topics that would have been discussed at our meeting. If you have a question or concern that needs to be addressed by your HOA board, please contact any of our board members.

Strawberry Point Bluffs Annual HOA meeting that was scheduled for April 21 has been rescheduled for Tuesday evening June 30^th. Same location at the Hamburg Senior center, same time 7:30pm.

The 2019 Annual meeting for the Strawberry Hill Estates and Strawberry Point Bluffs HOAs is tonight, April 30th @ 7:30 pm at the Hamburg Senior Center 10407 Merrill Rd, Whitmore Lake MI 48189. All members of both homeowners associations are welcome and encouraged to join.
