Strawberry Point Bluffs Homeowners
Special Association Meeting Follow Up

Thank you to all who were able to attend the meeting last Thursday July 13th. To update those who were not able to attend there is not a need for any special assessment at this time, as insurance will be paying our ongoing legal costs. It was also discussed that trial is currently scheduled to begin the week of August 21st.

The Board of Directors of the Strawberry Point Bluffs Homeowners Association requests your attendance at this meeting to discuss the current ongoing lawsuit that is in process with our association. The key topic will be a special assessment needed to help cover legal costs of this lawsuit.

We do plan to get more information to you prior to the meeting date.
