Kayaks/Canoes
In accordance with the Park Courtesy Rules, all kayaks and canoes left at Strawberry Park must be removed from the park rack by November 15, 2026. There cannot be any over the winter storage. The rack will be moved or replaced this year, and any canoe or kayak left after the deadline will be considered abandoned. If you know someone that has a canoe or kayak at the park, please let them know about this rule. Please also remember: paddle boats are not to be stored at this rack as it is for canoes and kayaks only.

Pontoons
All pontoons must also be out of the park by November 15, 2026. All mooring posts, docks, and associated docking material must also be removed by this date. Docks and associated materials cannot be stored at the park over the winter.

Dock For Sale

Now that we have our permanent dock installed and operating at the park, we are planning to sell the old dock. Before we offer the dock to the public we are reserving sale to HOA members.

Details about the dock:

  • The dock is all aluminum and is 16ft long by 4ft wide with a 6ft folding ramp.
  • There are wheels on the far end for ease of installation which drop down to an approximate depth of 5ft.
  • Asking price is $1500. All proceeds will go towards park operation.
