The Joint Access Committee (JAC) will be holding a meeting on Sunday, January 13th @ 10:00am at 5206 Gallagher Blvd (Grecko residence). All Strawberry Point Bluffs and Strawberry Hill Estates residents are encouraged to join. We’ll see you there!
Christmas Caroling!
UPDATE – 12/19/2018:

If rain, we’re canceling 🙁
John and Nancy Greko are organizing an evening of Christmas Caroling in the neighborhood this season. We are looking at the evening of Friday, December 21. We have many song books and even jingle bells for ringing. Participants would just need a flashlight or penlight Meet at 5206 Gallagher at 6pm.
One hour of caroling then all are welcome back at our home for hot cocoa and cookies.
Fall cleanup 2018
The Joint Access Committee would like to say thank you to all of the volunteers that helped out with our fall cleanup down at the park access! We know it was cold and miserable but we toughed it out and accomplished our goal. The park is now ready for the winter!

THE RESULTS ARE IN AND THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR YOUR FEEDBACK!
We were astounded by the number of respondents. It is evident the community is ready for a heightened park experience!
Each of us has a vested interest in the park and this is the first step to much needed improvements of the joint access. Here are some of the results:
Of the 14 assets or groups of assets surveyed, the top five priorities are:
- Wood Seawall
- Swimming (Raft, Buoys, Rope)
- Boat Launch (Ramp, Dock)
- Pontoon Slip Area
- Porta Potty (Potty, Fence)
The five assets with the most “poor” ratings are:
- Wood Seawall
- Sporting (Basketball, Volleyball)
- Pontoon Slip Area
- Porta Potty (Potty, Fence)
- Boat Launch (Ramp, Dock)
The most alarming but not unexpected – Over a third of all the joint access assets are in poor condition!

Garage Sale Oct 26-27 @ 5038 & 5059 Gallagher
There will be a garage sale at 5038 and 5059 Gallagher, Fri Oct 26 from 12-6pm and Sat Oct 27 from 10am-6pm. Some of the items include furniture, exercise equipment, lots of household and seasonal items, and clothing.
Park Assets Feedback Survey
The Joint Access Committee (JAC) team would like to survey the Association members about their perspectives on the condition and maintenance priorities of the assets in our Park.
