There will be a JAC meeting Monday, June 19, at my house, 5206 Gallagher starting at 6:30pm with a two hour time limit. The meeting will be held in the backyard (weather permitting). I will post the meeting on the website if anyone else is interested in helping or becoming involved.
Be prepared to discuss:
Sea wall, park reservations, boat ramp, dock, front gate/fence, drive gravel, budget, JAC special events, sea weeds, Pontoon fees/drawing, bottle returns and new business. If there is not enough time, another meeting will be scheduled.
Thanks to all for your involvement and passion for these associations and the Park.
John C. Greko
5 tons of boulders have been ordered to reinforce the seawall at the park. Delivery is scheduled for this Friday, June 9th, at 8:30am. Work will begin at the park once delivery has been completed. We will be using a hand truck to move the rocks to the seawall.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you

It’s that time of year again when the weather has changed and we all begin to pull our boats off the lake for winter storage.
A reminder of winter storage rules as defined by SPBHA bylaws: Winter storage of boats, trailers, or other recreational vehicles is not allowed closer to the road than the closest point of the residence.
The JAC has removed the swim raft and buoys and soon to remove the boat launch dock. Picnic tables will be stacked soon and the portable toilet has already been picked up for the year.
Please remove all items from the kayak/canoe rack as winter storage of personal property is not permitted at the park. All pontoon slips must remove their mooring poles and access docks from the park as those are personal property and not to be stored at the park.
The JAC thanks you for another great summer at our park access!
The JAC would like to thank all that participated, attended and donated to the park at the 2021 chili cookoff and cornhole tournament! The weather was beautiful and the event went off without a hitch. This years event ended up having 14 Cornhole players and 10 Chilis entered in the cookoff to judge. Congratulations to Mike Donovan & Deb Converse on winning the Cornhole Tournament and Congratulations to Dave Converse for winning the Chili Cookoff!
