Pontoon Slip Drawing Registration

The Pontoon Drawing has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 12th @ 7pm via zoom meeting. Please register with Nancy so you will be added to the invite list to the meeting.
The JAC will be conducting the 2020 Pontoon Drawing via a virtual ZOOM meeting. The date will be determined later. If you intend on participating you must pre-register with the JAC ASAP. Registrations will be accepted up to 24 hours before the drawing. Please email your JAC Vice President Nancy Greko (njgreko@gmail.com) as to your intent to participate or call at 810-772-0352.
Strawberry Point Bluffs annual HOA meeting rescheduled
Strawberry Point Bluffs Annual HOA meeting that was scheduled for April 21 has been rescheduled for Tuesday evening June 30th. Same location at the Hamburg Senior center, same time 7:30pm.
Pontoon Drawing Postponed again, new event date TBD
Due to escalating COVID-19 concerns, our 2020 Pontoon Slip drawing has been postponed again. The new event date is TBD and more details will be available soon both via the entrance sign and here on the web. Stay safe out there.

The Pontoon Drawing has been re-scheduled to happen this Sunday, March 22 @ 10 am, at the Park.
The whole process should take no more than 15 minutes.
Measures will be taken to minimize contact with others.

Pontoon Slip Drawing Postponed due to COVID-19 concerns
The JAC just has been notified by the Hamburg Library that due to COVID-19 concerns our reservation for the annual pontoon slip drawing will be postponed until a future undetermined date. We will keep you updated when we find out more information regarding the event reschedule. Thank you in advance for your patience.

- Payments should be made out to: S.P.B.H.O.A.
- The amount due is $125
- Payment is due by March 31st, 2020
Strawberry Hill Estates Homeowners Association
- Residents may mail payment to: Strawberry Hill Estates, PO Box 833, Hamburg MI 48139 or present payment at the annual homeowners meeting
- Payment in check form for calendar year 2020 should be made out to: Strawberry Hill Estates
- The annual dues for the Strawberry Hill Estates Homeowners Association are $75.00
