Strawberry Point Bluffs Annual HOA meeting that was scheduled for April 21 has been rescheduled for Tuesday evening June 30th. Same location at the Hamburg Senior center, same time 7:30pm.

Due to escalating COVID-19 concerns, our 2020 Pontoon Slip drawing has been postponed again. The new event date is TBD and more details will be available soon both via the entrance sign and here on the web. Stay safe out there.

The Pontoon Drawing has been re-scheduled to happen this Sunday, March 22 @ 10 am, at the Park.
The whole process should take no more than 15 minutes.

The JAC just has been notified by the Hamburg Library that due to COVID-19 concerns our reservation for the annual pontoon slip drawing will be postponed until a future undetermined date. We will keep you updated when we find out more information regarding the event reschedule. Thank you in advance for your patience.

- Payments should be made out to: S.P.B.H.O.A.
- The amount due is $125
- Payment is due by March 31st, 2020
Strawberry Hill Estates Homeowners Association
- Residents may mail payment to: Strawberry Hill Estates, PO Box 833, Hamburg MI 48139 or present payment at the annual homeowners meeting
- Payment in check form for calendar year 2020 should be made out to: Strawberry Hill Estates
- The annual dues for the Strawberry Hill Estates Homeowners Association are $75.00

Community Farewell – William Zaharee
Our neighbor, Bill Zaharee, passed away on January 9th. He lived on the Lisch loop, 2nd house west of Indianola and was a great guy to anybody whom had the pleasure of sharing his acquaintance.
His Farewell… Bill’s family and friends will gather on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 from 10:00AM until the time of his Community Farewell at 11:00AM at Dexter United Methodist Church. Luncheon will follow the service. Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. 2nd Annual Christmas Caroling Evening!

This Saturday, December 21, is our 2nd Annual Christmas Caroling event.Please meet at the Greko’s at 6 pm. Greko’s will provide new songbooks and Jingle Bells. Wear your festive Santa hats. Bring your own flashlights. It is dark. Cocoa and cookies and “Reindeer Games” at the Greko’s after caroling. If you would like to contribute to the cookie selection please bring at 6.Please dress accordingly.
